What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service/Order Processor position at Vinpower, Inc?
Vinpower Digital is a manufacturer and worldwide supplier for specialized digital storage accessories for portable computing devices, especially Apple iPhones and iPads. We also offer a broad range of digital duplication hardware and media, such as optical discs, hard drives (HDD/SSD), flash (including USB, SD, CF, and others).
Duties:
- Assist customers with sales and/or service calls
- Process incoming purchase orders, online purchases, and/or phone order sales
- Use shipping programs to quote, prepare, and print shipping labels
- Coordinate LTL trucking shipments for customer deliveries
- Maintain customer accounts by ensuring orders are processed and shipped in timely manner
- Interact with customers, warehouse and other company personnel regarding placement of orders, order inquiries, products, price, availability and credit returns
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Sales documents filling
- Support with administrative tasks
Requirements:
· Good communication skills, a positive attitude, and able to prioritize tasks.
· Experience in customer service and/or office sales environment
· Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
· Basic familiarity with standard computer software, like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
· Understanding of or ability to quickly learn ERP software for sales entries
· Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred
· IT/computer knowledge is preferred
