As an Exit/DO Supervisor, you will play a critical role in maintaining smooth airport operations at checkpoints and exits. Your responsibilities will include managing crowd flow, providing information and wayfinding assistance, and addressing operational irregularities as they arise.

About The Role
As an Exit/DO Supervisor, you will play a critical role in maintaining smooth airport operations at checkpoints and exits. Your responsibilities will include managing crowd flow, providing information and wayfinding assistance, and addressing operational irregularities as they arise.
Responsibilities
- Assign and oversee team members in designated areas, ensuring efficient coverage.
- Manage team rotations, meal breaks, and rest periods.
- Serve as a company representative, reporting any breaches, emergencies, or operational issues.
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and maintain accurate reports and grids.
- Participate in team training, development, and performance management.
- Ensure continuity and quality of services provided at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport.
- Required: At least one year of experience in customer service or security, ideally under this contract or within an airport environment. OR at least six months of supervisory experience managing a team of five or more.
- Preferred: Supervisory experience in airport/airline operations, fast food, retail, or service support industries.
- Must provide documentation for employment eligibility and required credentials for an airport badge and U.S. Customs and Border Protection seal. Credentialing will include fingerprinting and background screening.
