Job description:
Responsibilities
- Job role will consist of working on a team alongside an outside sales representative within a territory in Miami, FL, cold calling, uncovering potential opportunities, scheduling meetings/Zoom, and sales support (order and quote entry, deal registration)
- Provide quality service to VIP Staff internal and external customers in all assigned tasks, while upholding VIP Staff’s values at all times
- Work closely with internal/external technical and sales team members ensure high customer satisfaction
- Partner effectively with the sales team to drive territory coverage and maintain positive relationships
- Communicate VIP Staff value proposition through phone calls to potential customers
- Utilize VIP Staff CRM platform to drive the sales process and maximize communication
- Attend and complete technology and sales training, and/or trade shows as required or requested
- Actively solicit for all VIP Staff opportunities, referring leads as appropriate
Requirements
· 1 year of inside sales experience OR customer service experience.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· B2B & B2C
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
· Strong sense of urgency and a competitive edge.
