Schedule : Monday-Friday 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm
Duties include :
- Data entry of invoices
- Reconciling vendor statements
- Checking accuracy of vendor invoices to internal records
- Tracking documents, filing and scanning
- Processing checks for payment and processing electronic payments
- Assist other accounting staff with various tasks as needed
- Assist with answering telephones
