Title: Merchandise Support Analyst
Reports to: Merchandising Support Manager
Location Auburn, Maine
Primary Purpose
To provide financial, clerical, and administrative services to ensure efficient, timely and accurate payment of accounts under his or her control.
Responsibilities
Processing national account invoices through multiple platforms
Processing credits received from Goodyear
Recouping funds from rejected invoices
Assisting stores with national account questions
Basic analytic tasks that would include reviewing data to provide requested information
Assisting the merchandise department with special projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Able to keep a positive attitude in the face of many challenges.
Basic to intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Excel & Outlook.
Excellent phone skills.
Ability to follow a process from start to finish.
Excellent organizational skills.
Problem solving skills.
Ability to work independently.
Manage time effectively
Attention to detail
High School diploma or equivalent required. Some college preferred.
Commutable to Auburn, Maine
