- How to scale to OUS and comply with GDPR without compromising User Exp
- Scalability to handle increased patient volumes
- Code Management Strategy for global application when changes only are localized for a region
- What is needed in architecture to ensure that it works for both clinical and commercial products
- Phased implementation plan for the requirements
