Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Medical/Surgical unit. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and a strong medical background.
Responsibilities
- Perform medical procedures such as spinal taps and critical care transport
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation
- Implement infection control measures to ensure a safe environment for patients
- Provide care to patients across various specialties including ICU, geriatrics, and pediatrics
- Utilize expertise in areas such as MDS, CT scans, and hospital protocols
Required Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
Experience
Experience Required for RN Resident: Graduation from an accredited nursing program and is newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less
Experience Required for Acute Care RN: At least 1 year of Nursing experience
Qualifications
- Valid RN license
- Previous experience in medical/surgical settings
- Familiarity with a range of medical procedures and equipment
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
