Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee personnel files; create, filing documents and storing terminated employees’ files.
- Photocopying and filing.
- Ordering office supplies.
- Document and track compliance for required activities.
- Oversee ATS system/process for all applicants
- Forward resumes to hiring managers
- Oversee VBPC job postings on our career site and really
- Schedule and facilitate new hire paperwork
- Onboarding preparation; personnel file set-up, prepare orientation packets, set up training space
- Other duties as assigned.
- Associates degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of one year of administrative experience.
- Preferred: One year of experience in human resources or related field.
- Experience with recruiting and use of Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ICIMS preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency utilizing office systems such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
