Job Duties
The HRIS Support Specialist provides support for an array of HR Data Analytics and HR Systems functions. Characteristic duties include assists with routine reports, research, analysis, design, maintenance and reporting of personnel data and systems administration. The incumbent supports members of the OHR staff with developing routine reports, support with HR Systems and system access as assigned. May be required to support routine personnel transaction efforts. The HRIS Support Specialist works closely with the HRIS Analyst Senior as well as members of the OHR staff and agency HR Professionals.
This is a restricted position, which is solely funded by a federal grant. The availability of funding is scheduled for review annually and periodically thereafter. Continued employment is contingent on the continued availability of funds.
Minimum Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of HR functional programs such as classification, compensation,
- Experience and working knowledge using Microsoft Excel
- Experience working in a HR Environment.
- Experience compiling data
- Experience working with HR Systems
Additional Considerations
- Experience working with Commonwealth personnel systems such as PMIS and Cardinal
- Knowledge of Commonwealth HR policies and procedures.
