- Working knowledge of EMR/EHR systems (Athena)
- Possesses the tact to deal effectively with patients, physicians and other employees in the practice.
- Effective communicator in person, by phone, and through electronic correspondence.
- Ability to multi-task in busy environment and cross-train on other office roles
