We are now looking for an experienced Litigation Attorney to join our expanding team and grow with us.

About the Role

As a Litigation Attorney at VIL, you will:

• Manage a full caseload from intake to resolution
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in all phases of litigation
• Investigate claims, formulate strategies, and work closely with Case Managers

· Drafting of pleadings, conducting discovery, and handling motions practice for litigation in service of trying cases on behalf of clients

What You Bring

Must-Have:

• JD active Virginia Bar license
• 3 years of litigation experience, with significant trial work
• Strong communication, organization, and tech skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Reliable transportation to the Richmond office

Preferred:

• 3 years personal injury litigation experience
• Spanish language skills
• Familiarity with case management software and cost management

Pay: $160,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year
