Job Description :
As part of the admissions communications team, this position will have the following responsibilities for both prospective undergraduate and graduate communication efforts :
- Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive communications plans that support recruitment and enrollment goals, including managing and facilitating the review and approval process for marketing and communication deliverables with academic program clients.
- Design and maintain internal / external portals in collaboration with the admissions operations team.
- Lead creation of email and text marketing campaigns, including set up, configuration, testing, though the Slate system with an eye to best practices and personalization through liquid mark-up and content blocks.
- Support design of social media / videos and print collateral in collaboration with the university's strategic communications team and campus partners.
- Ensure all style, content and messaging is aligned within university brand standards.
- Track and analyze performance of individual messages and full communication plans.
- Support recruitment team in Slate-based outreach strategies and provide recommendations based on message and audience.
- Work with the Strategic Communications team and the university's advertising vendor to track leads generated through external ads into / through Slate to measure / report on those leads who ultimately enroll.
