- Provide services to faculty and students in the areas of disbursing college and student information; assisting customers with policies and procedures related to college admission; reviewing student eligibility for enrollment and related tuition rate benefits; entering and retrieving student data on the Student Information System (SIS); screening and processing forms and documents; and maintaining campus enrollment files.
- Reviews curricular applications for admission and contacts and serves as point of contact for students and staff questions related to the college admission process.
- Provides information to the public about domicile and residency pertaining to college application
- Receives admission documents.
- Processes applications and high school transcripts

KSA's/Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of college offerings and enrollment services programs; student Information Systems which support campus enrollment and academic processes; regulations and laws related to enrollment of non-U.S. citizens, domicile eligibility for in-state tuition rates, and release of confidential data; admission practices and customer service practices and principles.
- Communicates verbally and in writing with a wide variety of individuals from numerous cultural backgrounds; communicates with federal and state agencies.
- Demonstrated ability to: interpret policies and procedures; manage numerous processes simultaneously and comply with various deadlines and high-volume periods; use college Student Information System; review student requests for eligibility for various enrollment statuses and in-state tuition rates; utilize personal computer and current software packages (which include but are not limited to MSWord, Excel, Access, Power Point).
