Job Description

Prospecting & Research

  • Use Salesforce and Seamless.ai to identify and build prospecting lists of qualified

leads.

  • Research and categorize potential clients based on industry, company size, and

decision-makers.

  • Maintain and update lead data for ongoing engagement and follow-ups.

Cold Outreach & Lead Warming

  • Conduct cold calls to introduce services and schedule follow-up appointments or

warm leads for the client.

  • Execute email campaigns, text outreach, and social media engagement to connect

with potential clients.

  • Follow up with prospects to ensure continuous engagement and progress through the

sales pipeline.

Lead Nurturing & Conversion

  • Develop tailored outreach strategies to convert cold leads into warm leads.
  • Manage and track follow-ups to increase the likelihood of scheduled meetings.
  • Adjust messaging based on prospect responses and industry-specific needs.

Must Haves

  • Filipino citizen residing in the Philippines
  • Experience in lead generation, B2B outreach, or sales development.
  • Experience with cold calling
  • Strong communication skills (phone, email, text).
  • Ability to build and maintain a structured prospecting list.

Home Office Requirements
