As a Desktop Support specialist, you will play a critical role in achieving this goal by providing high-quality support services, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing process changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in desktop support or be willing to learn and grow with our company. Key qualifications include knowledge of PC imaging, experience with change management and incident management, and proficiency in tools such as ServiceNow, Bomgar, LapLink, and Secure Disk Wipe.
To succeed in this role, you must be able to lift up to 40 lbs, stand or walk for extended periods, walk up and down stairs or ramps, kneel, and work under desks or in confined spaces. You should also be an excellent communicator, able to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent problem-solving skills.
