As a Customer Service Associate your key job responsibilities will include assisting customers with order status, manually entering in orders, and handling any consumer or customer based calls. This opportunity will be remote but someone local to the Chicago area is required for this role. This opportunity is temp to hire and is looking to pay $21 / hr.

Job Specifications :
- Providing top notch customer services via phone, email, and live chats
- Answering customer questions relating to order status, payment information, product information, etc.
- Assisting with any de-escalation calls
- Experience with MS office suites, SAP , and other CRM systems required for role
- Over 3 years of Customer Service experience required for this opportunity
- Experience working in the food manufacturing or production industry required for role
