Salary Range : $150,000 - $200,000 (target base $175,000 bonus)

Essential Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the Information Systems team, overseeing daily operations.
- Provide strategic insights to shape our corporate technology landscape.
- Plan and manage staffing, hardware, and facilities to advance our corporate vision & mission.
- Direct the strategic use of systems, telecom, and software.
- Establish IS policies, standards, and security protocols to protect our intellectual property, data, and resources.
- Oversee budget and finances, focusing on cost-effective, high-impact operations.
- Communicate effectively with all organizational levels from a leadership standpoint.
- Design compensation and incentive programs to foster personal and departmental growth.
- Cultivate a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the IS team, driving organizational transformation.
