- Assist business partners with coaching, performance management, and policy interpretation.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding compensation, policies, and compliance.
- Manage the tuition reimbursement program and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Support employee relations, conduct investigations, manage off-boarding, and perform exit interviews.
- Stay updated on HR regulations and participate in audits.
- Perform other HR-related duties as needed.
