Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned HR executive to serve as a strategic partner during a pivotal growth phase. In this high-impact role, you will drive organizational excellence across multiple divisions, develop scalable HR practices, and prepare our human capital infrastructure for public company operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Workforce Planning, Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Design and implement strategic workforce planning frameworks aligned with growth targets.
  • Develop data-driven hiring forecasts, competency matrices, and succession planning models.
  • Build scalable recruitment processes and comprehensive onboarding programs to accelerate productivity.

Culture & Employee Engagement

  • Lead culture transformation initiatives and change management strategies.
  • Develop communication and recognition programs that enhance engagement and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Implement pulse surveys and real-time feedback systems to measure and drive improvements.
  • Performance Management

  • Create performance management systems and leadership competency models that meet public company standards.
  • Establish talent review processes, mentoring programs, and career development frameworks.
  • Total Rewards & Compensation

  • Design equity compensation programs, job architecture, and incentive structures aligned with public company standards.
  • Develop market pricing methodologies and compensation guidelines that support organizational objectives.
  • HR Generalist & Risk Management Support

  • Develop compliance monitoring systems and policy frameworks for multi-state operations.
  • Implement HR metrics dashboards, standard operating procedures, and internal controls to ensure regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.
  • Enhanced Qualifications :

  • Minimum 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, with demonstrated expertise, multi-state employment law compliance, and M&A integration.
  • Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field strongly preferred; SPHR / PHR certification required.
  • Advanced proficiency in HRIS, compensation management systems, and performance management platforms, along with strong analytical and project management skills.
