About this Position
We are Looking for a Wellness Assistant to run our front desk operations. This would include clerical and administrative duties, phone and face-to-face communications with patients, as well as community outreach for your wellness programs.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in medical administrative support and front desk operations
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on patient interaction
- Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with EHR systems such as Epic and Meditech
- Knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA regulations
- Experience in managing medical records and clerical tasks
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems and maintain organized filing systems
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.50 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
