**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly motivated Labor Operations Specialist to join our team at Viserion Grain. In this role, you will be responsible for the operation of the grain elevator, including loading, unloading, and transferring grain and grain products.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of grain handling and storage procedures, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the loading, unloading, and transferring of grain and grain products for truck, barge, and rail.
- Perform basic housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.
- Assist in maintenance activities to ensure equipment is functioning properly.
Qualifications:
