What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Coordinator - Construction position at Vision General Contractors?
Project Coordinator for General Contractor that works in several states. Work directly with the Project Manager to provide support by assisting in administrative duties to successfully complete a project. Some duties will include but not limited to material procurement, equipment, managing/issuing subcontracts, change orders, purchase orders, obtaining and maintaining permitting requirements & licensing, tracking submittals, cost tracking reports/project reconciliations, prepare jobsite packages, maintain project logs, create and maintain Project Closeouts.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Previous construction administration and permitting experience.
- Ability to use computer and type efficiently.
- Basic plan reading skills plus.
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to problem solve and work in a fast paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $47,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
