Position --- IVR Business Analyst
Location --- Miami, FL (4-5 days onsite)
Duration --- 6 Months

Client won't be able to sponsor any visa

They are seeking a IVR Business Analyst to play a critical role in bridging the gap between our business objectives and technological capabilities, ensuring that our AWS-based solutions align with our strategic goals.
Needs a strong understanding of AWS services (Strong understanding of AWS services, including but not limited to EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and CloudFormation)
Excellent analytical skills
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Should know about IVR Assistant, AWS Connect, contact center and more tools associated with IVR and integration.
Some tools that their team is utilizing AWS / Amazon Connect / Service Cloud / Contact Center / IVR / Chat Bots / salesforce field service / voice cloud / general service cloud / amazon bedrock
