Time & Attendance Technical Administrator
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own and administer our time & attendance system. We are currently using eTime and will soon migrate to the latest ADP Workforce management (WFM) software.
- Manage the technical aspects of employee time tracking systems, including setting up the software, ensuring its functionality, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining data integrity related to employee clock-in and clock-out times, breaks, and absences.
- Collaborate with HR to implement policies and address any technical concerns related to time and attendance recording.
- System administration: Installing, configuring, and updating time and attendance software.
- User access management: Creating employee accounts, assigning permissions, and managing access to the time tracking system.
- Data maintenance: Regularly reviewing time data for accuracy, identifying and resolving discrepancies, and performing data audits.
- Hardware management: Overseeing time clock devices, ensuring proper functionality, and coordinating maintenance or replacements.
- Reporting and analytics: Generating reports on employee attendance patterns, overtime, absenteeism, and other key metrics.
- Troubleshooting: Resolving technical issues.
