HR Specialist
Immediate opportunity for a HR Specialist to join a top-notch company experiencing rapid growth!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the execution of the New Hire Orientation Program and related Onboarding processes.
- May advise supervisors and junior-to-mid-level management on key personnel decisions such as hiring, firing, and performance management.
- Utilizes regular discretion in application and interpretation of HR SOPs, programs, and policies to meet the needs of the assigned business.
- Serves as a frontline liaison and first point of contact with all Associates on matters related to HR policies, practices or employment issues.
This is a 12-month contract-to-hire position in Auburn. Work onsite Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm. Hybrid options available for the right candidate.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 3 years of Human Resources experience
- Microsoft Office (must be intermediate to advanced)
- ADP Workforce Now
- UKG administrative experience, experience using UKG from an HR or even Payroll seat
- Detail-oriented
- Excellent communication skills
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Bachelor's degree
