Procurement Operations Manager
Great long-term opportunity with an industry leader that is seeing their business accelerate!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support implementation of regional Property Digital Solutions (Birchstreet); CMH and L&L on-boarding
- Support implementation of in-market property digital strategy to increase systems, capabilities, efficiencies to help enable the regional Procurement programs, deliver owner returns and provide the required controls.
- Support development of L&L F&B order guides.
- Manage supplier adoption of regional Hotel Digital Solutions; catalogue on-boarding.
- Work closely with Procurement Excellence, digital team and Lifestyle Luxury team and other internal stakeholders/ users to capture and assess for enhancement prioritization all digital requirements, ensuring the digital ecosystem continues to be class leading.
This is a 6 -month contract with a possibility to convert to direct-hire. Candidates must live in Atlanta and work a hybrid schedule of 3 days onsite.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 2-5 years of experience managing digital solutions for Procurement
- Experience supporting supply chain and procurement operations
- P2P systems (Birchstreet, PurchasePlus)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong project management skills
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Bachelor's degree
