Fiber Administrative Assistant
Visionary Broadband seeks an accomplished, upbeat, and friendly individual to join our team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Be the leading face of the Company representing Visionary Broadband in a professional manner, providing excellent assistance to the Fiber Drops Department managers.
- Assist the Manager with creating and updating Monday.com boards to track, schedule and assign work to Visionary employees and contractors completing Drops work for Visionary.
- Scheduling Drops department employees work and appointments with customers
- Audit all invoicing from contractors, ensure accuracy of billing and process for payments within the accounting department processes.
- Assist Fiber Drops Manager with ensuring Inventory/Accounting and Procurement processes are completed in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
A qualified candidate must possess the following skills, or have equivalent experience and/or qualifications:
- Ability to always remain professional and courteous with customers.
- Must have computer experience and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Google Documents. Monday.com knowledge preferred, but not required.
- Basic knowledge of accounting processes including invoicing preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Must be available to work occasional times outside of the normal 8-5 working schedule.
