Visions is seeking a Charter School Secretary to support Online Middle School, Independent Study and University Prep Early College Academies. This position will perform a variety of skilled and responsible secretarial, clerical, and receptionist duties that involve coordinating the work of a charter school office and that will perform other duties as assigned. Responsibilities involve initiative, good judgment, strong organizational skills and an understanding of overall instructional functions and operations. Experience with Google Workspace is a plus!
In general, this position will work a hybrid schedule of 3 days at our office in Carmichael/Gold River, CA and 2 days remotely. However, this will not begin until the employee is fully trained. Depending upon the needs of the department this schedule is subject to change.

Salary : $3,934 - $5,847
