Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Care Manager to join our team. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients, ensuring all aspects of their health are addressed.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to facilitate patient care and follow-up appointments.
- Maintain accurate patient records, including medical coding and documentation using ICD-9 and ICD-10 standards.
- Utilize Eaglesoft software for managing dental records and scheduling.
- Oversee front desk operations, including managing phone systems and patient inquiries.
- Provide administrative support as needed, ensuring efficient office operations.
- Assist in training staff on care management protocols and administrative procedures.
- Communicate effectively with patients and families, providing education on treatment options and resources available.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
Skills
- Proficiency in medical coding and familiarity with dental terminology.
- Knowledge of ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding systems.
- Experience with Eaglesoft or similar practice management software is preferred.
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail in documentation and record keeping.
