This is done through companion care, homemaking services, personal care and transportation assistance.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Scheduling Coordinator at Visiting Angels of Pace and Milton located in the Pace Florida area. The Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling caregivers with their respective clients. The software we use is Wellsky formerly known as Clearcare. After your onboarding you will:
- Manage all of the in-home care scheduling needs.
- Manage pre-screening caregiver applicant process.
- Answer calls and take down leads
- Cross train with other departments to learn how the business works in total.
- This position will require you to have a company phone and answer texts and voicemails as needed possible after hours. You will be compensated for all of your time.

Qualifications
- Positive outlook and attitude
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to cross train with other business functions outside of scheduling
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Previous work as a Nurse, CNA or Home Health Aid a plus
- Proficiency in scheduling software (Wellsky) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure
- Ability to answer calls and texts after hours and gauge sense of urgency
- Ability to be on call (Compensated) nights and some weekends
