- Adhering to the care plan and providing services as directed
- Assisting clients with personal care tasks such as toileting, bathing, and grooming
- Preparing basic meals and assisting with grocery shopping
- Performing light housekeeping duties, including laundry and cleaning
- Transferring clients safely as trained (from chairs, beds, and vehicles)
- Monitoring any changes in clients’ health and well-being
- Offering companionship and emotional support to clients
To excel in this position, candidates should possess:
- Excellent communication and listening abilities
