Key Responsibilities
- Deliver individualized nursing care and foster meaningful patient interactions.
- Monitor vital signs and conduct thorough physical assessments.
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician directives.
- Maintain precise documentation of patients’ ongoing conditions.
- Provide specialized care for G-tubes, tracheostomy, and ventilator patients when necessary.
- Exceptional communication and patient interaction abilities.
- Proficiency in performing vital signs and comprehensive assessments.
- Competence in administering prescribed medications and treatments.
- Strong documentation skills to accurately track patient health.
- Experience with G-tubes, trach, and vent care is advantageous.
- Candidates must possess a valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Pediatric experience is preferred but not mandatory.
