- Deliver individualized patient care and foster meaningful interactions with clients.
- Conduct vital signs monitoring and comprehensive physical assessments.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Maintain meticulous documentation of patients’ ongoing conditions.
- Provide care for G-tubes, tracheostomies, and ventilators when necessary.
- Proficiency in providing personalized patient care and interaction.
- Competence in performing vital signs and comprehensive physical assessments.
- Experience in administering prescribed medications and treatments.
- Strong documentation skills to accurately capture patients’ ongoing conditions.
- Knowledge and experience in G-tube, trach, and ventilator care are advantageous.
- Must possess a valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Pediatric experience is preferred but not mandatory.
