Key Responsibilities
- Deliver individualized care and foster meaningful patient interactions
- Monitor vital signs and conduct comprehensive physical assessments
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments
- Accurately document patients’ ongoing health conditions
- Provide care related to G-tubes, tracheostomies, and ventilators as needed
- Strong commitment to compassionate patient care
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in conducting vital signs and physical assessments
- Skilled in medication administration and thorough documentation
- Experience with G-tubes, trach, and ventilator care is advantageous
- Current Licensure as a Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN)
- Pediatric experience is preferred but not mandatory
