Key Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one patient care and establish strong patient relationships
- Monitor vital signs and perform comprehensive physical assessments
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments with precision
- Document and maintain accurate records of patient conditions
- Provide specialized care for G-tubes, tracheostomies, and ventilators as needed
- Proficient nursing skills complemented by compassionate patient interaction
- Competence in medication administration and treatment protocols
