Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, which may include bathing, grooming, and mobility support.
- Perform homemaker duties such as housekeeping, meal preparation, and running errands.
- Provide respite care as needed, offering support to clients and their families.
- Collaborate with VNA to inform about participation in the CDS sister program and adhere to conflict of interest guidelines.
- Strong communication abilities to effectively interact with clients and their families.
- Basic mathematical skills to assist with tasks such as measurements and transactions.
- Reliability in transportation and ability to meet travel requirements for home visits.
- Candidates must be at least 18 years of age.
- A GED or high school diploma is mandatory.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check.
- Must not be listed on the Employee Disqualification List (EDL).
- Completion of a full application, including at least two credible business references, is required.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
