Job Overview
As a Private Duty LPN/RN, you will deliver personalized, one-on-one care to clients with specialized healthcare needs requiring continuous nursing support for up to 16 hours per day.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individualized care and engage in meaningful patient interactions.
- Conduct vital sign assessments and comprehensive physical evaluations.
- Administer medications and treatments precisely as prescribed by physicians.
- Maintain detailed documentation of patients’ ongoing health conditions.
- Offer specialized care for G-tubes, tracheostomies, and ventilators when necessary.
- Compassionate approach to patient care.
- Proficiency in performing vital signs and physical assessments.
- Competence in medication administration and meticulous documentation of treatments.
- Experience with G-tubes, trach, and vent care is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Must hold a valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Pediatric experience is preferred but not mandatory.
