- Deliver personalized one-on-one nursing care in a home setting, ensuring the highest standards of patient interaction.
- Monitor and document vital signs and conduct thorough physical assessments.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical professionals.
- Maintain accurate documentation of each patient’s ongoing condition.
- Potentially provide care for G-tubes, tracheostomies, and ventilators, with training provided.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering compassionate patient care.
- Familiarity with medication administration and comprehensive documentation practices.
- Experience with G-tubes, tracheostomy, and ventilator care is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN).
