- Conduct vital signs monitoring and comprehensive physical assessments.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician prescriptions.
- Maintain thorough documentation of patient conditions and care.
- Potential involvement in G-tubes, tracheostomy, and ventilator care, with training provided.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential for effective patient interactions.
- Ability to provide compassionate and individualized nursing care.
- Proficient in assessing vital signs and delivering physical assessments.
- Capable of administering medications and adhering to treatment protocols.
- Familiarity with G-tubes, trach, and ventilator care is a plus (training will be offered).
- Must possess a current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license.
