Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized, one-on-one care to clients in their homes
• Conduct vital sign assessments and comprehensive physical evaluations
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient conditions and progress
• Potentially provide G-tube, trach, and ventilator care
  
  

Required Skills

• Proficient in patient care techniques
• Ability to perform vital signs monitoring and physical assessments
• Competency in administering medications and treatments as directed
• Strong documentation and reporting skills
• Experience with G-tubes, trach, and ventilator care is advantageous
  
  

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Pediatric nursing experience is preferred, but not essential
