Quality Assurance Technician - 3rd Shift

A Day in the Life:

• Verify all quality Checks at various workstations with the help of RedZone to ensure the product meets specifications.
• Place non-conforming products ON HOLD. Investigate HOLD product and provide support to the team.
• Handle all RTAs (returned goods). Follow through the process in coordination with several departments and perform final disposition.
• File production paperwork at the end of the day.
• Conduct ATP swabbing at the beginning of each shift or after Maintenance repairs.
• Help answer production questions when necessary.
• Work on customer returned product and customer complaints as required.
• Handle Inventory transactions and maintenance of all Quality Inventory.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift 55 lbs. is required.
• Position requires considerable walking and standing.
