POSITION SUMMARY
The AP Specialist is responsible for the timely processing of invoices submitted to Vistage, ensuring compliance with established payment procedures. This role requires a team player who can work independently while remaining supportive of team goals. The ideal candidate will possess a professional demeanor and exhibit creative and innovative thinking to enhance processes and workflows.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Invoice Processing via Concur online system:
- Review invoices and process according to Vistage’s policies for allowances and approvals.
- Disperse invoices to the relevant, authorized Vistage supervisor for signature.
- Ensure that all invoices to be paid are coded to the appropriate general ledger/project accounts.
- Integrate the approved invoices into the automated accounting system for payment.
- Provide feedback to vendors and relevant internal customer regarding invoice discrepancies.
- Prepare and Process vendor payments.
- Process expense reports via Concur online system.
- Coordinate W-9 data collection and processing
- Process monthly Chair Pay.
- Provide support for monthly accounting close cycle.
- Other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE
- 3 or more years of progressive work experience with automated accounting systems preferred.
- Experience with international taxation (e.g. VAT) methods is preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word or similar system is required.
- Experience with Great Plains Dynamics is preferred.
- Experience with SAP Concur T&E/Invoice is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Detailed oriented.
- Must be able to multi-task.
- Excellent verbal/written communications skills.
- Must be able to effectively communicate in person and over the telephone.
- Must be able to help coordinate change in a continuous improvement environment.

TOTAL COMPENSATION RANGE
$25 - $27.50 hourly 6.5% corporate bonus (salary based in San Diego, CA)
