Work Setting: Remote
Required:
• Experience setting and managing IT project plans, priorities, timelines, milestones, and deliverable schedules;
• Experience regularly monitoring project progress against the plan, identifying potential risks and roadblocks and developing mitigation strategies.
• Experience with SharePoint and relational databases
• Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Manage overall project coordination from planning through implementation, utilizing methodologies such as SAFe, Scrum, and Agile;
• Establish and oversee project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverable schedules while monitoring progress and addressing risks or roadblocks;
• Proactively manage changes to project scope and requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations;
• Lead planning sessions with stakeholders, vendors, and subject matter experts, coordinating multi-functional teams and task dependencies;
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to implement solutions according to agreed-upon milestones, deliverables, and timelines;
• Oversee stakeholder communication, progress updates, and issue management, including • vendor adherence to contract deliverables;
• Facilitate consensus among project stakeholders, manage vendor relationships, and ensure successful delivery of project outcomes.
