Vitrek, a global leader in electrical test equipment, metrology systems, and high-speed data acquisition solutions, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional customer support and ensure smooth order processing. This role is critical in maintaining customer satisfaction by handling inquiries, processing orders, coordinating shipments, and resolving issues efficiently.
What Youβll Do:
β Order Management: Process orders, including Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA), in SAP and ensure accuracy.β Customer Communication: Respond to emails and phone inquiries promptly, providing clear and professional assistance.β Shipping & Logistics: Communicate with production teams on ship dates, revise orders as needed, and generate packing slips, tracking details, and commercial invoices.β International Shipping Support: File ACE exports for international shipments, obtain ITNs, and manage lost or damaged claims.β Problem Resolution: Address complex customer requests and collaborate with internal teams to provide effective solutions.β Customer Relationship Management: Maintain detailed records in the CRM system, research product information, and assist customers with order status and policies.β Continuous Improvement: Gather customer feedback and work with relevant departments to enhance services and products.β Team Collaboration & Training: Assist in training new customer service representatives and share best practices for consistent service delivery.β Customer Retention Strategies: Support marketing and sales teams by implementing loyalty programs and special promotions.

What Youβll Need to Succeed:
β Customer Service Expertise β Strong problem-solving and relationship management skills.β Clear Communication β Ability to interact professionally and efficiently with customers and internal teams.β Order Processing & SAP Experience β Proficiency in order entry, CRM systems, and SAP.β International Shipping Knowledge β Familiarity with export procedures, ACE filing, and ITN processing.β Detail-Oriented & Organized β Strong record-keeping and documentation skills.β Experience: 3-5 years in customer service or order management.β Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
