We are seeking a Vice President of Construction with at least 10 years of Operations work in and around the Construction realm
Pay is open to talk about but ideally, we are in the $175K Range plus bonus

Role must be in office the majority of the time in Ocala FL
Duties
Job Responsibilities :
Develop and execute growth strategies by leading the operations of long-term business to achieve sustainable growth in the Construction Sector
Strong marketing background with demonstrated success in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth and enhance brand visibility.
Lead marketing efforts by attending meetings and actively participating in marketing campaigns with referral sources and potential partners.
Identifying staffing needs and collaborating with the recruitment team
Identify and research potential business opportunities
Liaising with Directors and Managers
Responsible for the managing of personnel, including performance management, recruitment, onboarding, training, dismissal
Provides oversight to ensure the branch is operating in compliance with all company and contractual requirements
Develop and execute strategic plans for business development and growth initiatives
