Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of smoothies according to established recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the smoothie station and surrounding areas.
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently to process customer orders.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and answering questions about menu items.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations during food preparation and handling.
• Assist with inventory management, including tracking supplies and reporting shortages.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food preparation or the food industry is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and measuring ingredients accurately.
• Familiarity with POS systems; experience with Aloha POS is a plus.
• Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure a safe working environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
