Are you an adept social media strategist with an eye for creating engaging content? We're on the hunt for a Social Media Coordinator to bring our property to life!
Role Overview:
As a Social Media Coordinator, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of orchestrating and optimizing our social media channels. Your duties encompass content creation, community management, trend analysis, and the development of strategic campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
You will work closely with the Corporate Social Media Manager and Property Teams where necessary to ensure you are promoting the most accurate and up-to-date information.
Responsibilities
- Turn ideas into Insta-worthy art! Your canvas? Our social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, X, and TikTok. Bring your creative flair to paint the town with engaging content that stops the scroll and makes our brand pop!
- Foster meaningful engagements through responsive and strategic community management.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, utilizing insights to refine our digital strategies.
- Implement and manage social media campaigns to meet organizational objectives.
- Cultivate a strong brand voice and uphold brand consistency in all digital communications.
- Create engaging, shareable, visually appealing content, including graphics, videos, and written posts. A good eye for photography is essential in capturing stunning visual content.
- Ongoing communication with Corporate Social Media Manager and Property Teams to ensure hotel initiatives are being pulled through social media channels.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in social media management.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
- Creative thinking with the ability to align content with brand identity.
- Proficiency in social media management tools - Canva, MS Suite, Sprout Social
- Must have a great eye for capturing content (photography and videography) and be able to do light editing in line with the brand
- Residence in Myrtle Beach, SC
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $1,300.00 - $1,800.00 per month
