Role Overview:
As the Contract Demand Generation Manager, youll be instrumental in building and executing demand generation campaigns to attract, engage, and convert high-value accounts. Youll work at the intersection of marketing automation, content marketing, and sales to fuel our growth. This role requires a strategic thinker who can execute with precision and collaborate effectively across teams. This is a fully remote position.
Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy & Execution:
Design, implement, and optimize multi-channel inbound campaigns tailored to target accounts using HubSpot, Seamless.ai, and CRM tools. - Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure campaigns target the right audience and align with revenue objectives.

Content Collaboration:
Partner with content creators to ensure campaigns are fueled by high-quality, relevant content that educates and engages prospects. - Lead Generation: Work with internal teams to create campaigns that attract and convert potential customer using Email marketing, Content Marketing, Paid Ads, and SEO strategies

Lead Nurturing & Scoring:
Develop and refine lead nurturing workflows and lead scoring models to ensure alignment with sales-readiness criteria. -
Data & Analytics:
Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and regular reports to stakeholders. -
ABM Alignment:
Work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to align on target account strategies, pipeline goals, and success metrics. -
Marketing Automation:
Manage and optimize HubSpot workflows, email marketing, and integrations to ensure seamless campaign execution and lead handoff. -
Flywheel Optimization:
Contribute to converting our traditional funnel model into a growth-driven flywheel by focusing on delighting customers and driving referrals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:
- 5 years in demand generation or inbound marketing roles, with a focus on B2B.
- Proven experience in executing successful Inbound & ABM strategies.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
