We built our own model orchestration platform and AI builder called "Wavelength" — tech that captures and amplifies our customers' own expertise in AI models. We ran over 500 experiments to ensure it truly learns to think like your best people. It works.


Now the stars have aligned. The latest AI capabilities multiply the impact of everything we've built. What once required armies of people happens automatically. Sales reps get served the very best strategies for overcoming tough objections from the AI's observations of all calls with that objection, marketing sees emerging trends before the competition, and product teams discover new feature needs directly from customer calls.

When OpenAI released its groundbreaking o1 reasoning model, we had new features live in 2 days that leveraged its incredible capabilities. We talk to every one of our customers multiple times a week. The Role

We need a Founding Growth Marketer who’s obsessed with building a standout brand that cuts through the noise. You’ll be the spark that turns Voiceops into a name that our ideal customers—think insurance, financial services, education—know, trust, and seek out. We’ve got two rockstar founding SDRs ready to outbound to our lead list, and your job is to make sure those leads already know us, love what we’re about, and can’t wait to talk. We don’t want to be a company that spams the internet with fluff—we want smart, compelling stories that position us as the thoughtful, knowledgeable, bleeding-edge partner our market needs.


You’ll work directly with me (Ethan, CEO) and our tight-knit team to shape how the world sees us. We’re a startup, so you’ll wear a lot of hats—think: leveling up the website, building influence on LinkedIn, crafting sales decks, writing a blog that actually gets read and a newsletter worth opening, and running ads that educate our ICP (not just sell to them). You’ll also help us shine at events, build target lists, and support ABM for our biggest fish. We’ve got budget, but we’re not here to outsource everything—you’re a hands-on generalist who can execute, experiment, and iterate fast.


We move quick—hours and days, not weeks and months. You’ll tap into our customers, product team, and sales team to fuel your work, learning as you go. You’re not the kind of person who needs for a million data points and a proper A|B test to decide what to do next. Your taste matters: we want crisp, clear messaging that builds trust with customers burned by overhyped software, showing we’re AI leaders who still provide business value. Ultimately, you’ll help us communicate—across channels—why Voiceops is the real deal.


What You’ll Actually Do:

  • Brand Building: Level up our website, LinkedIn presence, and event game to make us a recognized name in our target industries.
  • Content Creation: Write blogs, newsletters, and sales assets that are sharp, thoughtful, and demand-gen focused.
  • Demand Gen: Run targeted ads to educate our ICP, build smart target lists, and support ABM for high-value accounts.
  • Storytelling: Craft narratives that tie our AI innovation to real business wins (case studies, webinars, etc), building trust with our market.
  • Sales Enablement: Arm our SDRs and AEs with decks, one-pagers, and insights that make their outreach irresistible.
  • Experimentation: Test ideas fast, learn from real feedback (customers, team, results), and refine our voice and approach.


Who We’re Looking For:

  • Track Record: You’ve driven demand and built brand affinity in B2B, ideally for tech or SaaS targeting enterprises. Bonus if you’ve done it at a startup.
  • Writing Chops: You’re a wordsmith with a knack for clear, compelling, high-quality content—no jargon, no spam vibes. You use chatGPT to speed up your work, but your end result is better than AI.
  • Taste: You know what’s good—design, messaging, tone—and can tell stories that stick.
  • Startup Grit: You thrive in ambiguity, move fast, and don’t need an agency for every task (though you know when to call one in).
  • Experimenter’s Mindset: You try things, learn quick, and iterate—data’s your friend, but you don’t wait for perfection.
  • Team Player: You pull insights from everywhere—customers, product, sales—and work out in the open.
