Summary:
Volare Health, LLC is seeking a skilled Procurement Analyst to manage our Coupa procurement system and assist with purchasing and expense management tasks. This role offers an opportunity to optimize procurement processes, P-cards, and expense reporting systems for improved operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Coupa Procurement System:
- Assist with setup, training, and user access management.
- Maintain vendor catalogs and generate spending reports.
- Troubleshoot system issues and ensure compliance with approval workflows.
- Manage purchase orders, ensuring a three-way match before payment.
P-Card Management:
- Oversee P-card use, review purchases, and ensure compliance with SOPs.
- Update user lists and distribute P-card reports.
Purchasing & Sourcing:
- Analyze purchasing data for vendor consolidation and cost-saving opportunities.
- Assist with RFP preparation and cost-reduction strategies.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience with Coupa preferred.
- Knowledge of procurement processes, P-card management, and expense systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, finance, or related field preferred.
- 2 years in procurement or financial operations.
